From Giving to Growing
Your gifts lift up the programs that make Lake Creek Academy special

• Growing STEM and EcoSciences through hands-on labs, tools, and technology—so students aren’t just learning about science, they’re doing it.

  Your support helps expand real-world learning experiences like EcoSciences fieldwork, citizen-science projects, and lab-based investigations that build curiosity, confidence, and problem-solving skills students carry for life.

• Bringing learning to life outdoors through the Outdoor Learning Lab, garden spaces, and nature-based programming that turns the campus into a living classroom. From planting and harvesting to habitat/pollinator learning, water-and-soil systems, and seasonal growing projects, students experience what it means to care for a place—and to learn by building, testing, observing, and reflecting.

• Backing teacher innovation—funding the “spark” ideas that make a great school extraordinary. That includes:

  • Classroom project supplies

  • Makerspace-style materials

  • Guest speakers

  • Enrichment experiences

  • Student showcases, and

  • The kinds of flexible resources that let teachers respond to what students need right now—not just what a standard budget can cover.

• Fueling student and family support funds that keep students steady when life gets hard. When a family hits a rough season, the goal is simple: keep the student learning, connected, and supported—so they can stay in the environment where they’re known, valued, and growing.

Small class sizes, a dedicated whole-child approach, and a culture built on belonging allow students to be fully seen:
academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively.

The LCA Fund for Learning exists to help power the programs, clubs, and special projects that bring that mission to life — whether that’s STEM/robotics-style builds, creative arts initiatives, outdoor education,
student leadership and service, or community-building events that connect families, educators, and partners around a shared purpose:
student success.
